NAHY lists only projects with an official developer-declared launch date in the last 90 days and confirmed active sales at the time of verification.

This page is a live 90-day view of recent projects from developers already represented on NahyMap. A project is not labelled a launch because it was added to our database: it enters only when its developer has published a dated official source.

Each card identifies the developer, area, delivery status and official project source. Prices and handover dates appear only where the developer has stated them; absent commercial details remain absent rather than estimated.

The same rolling launch rule powers the Launches filter on NahyMap, so the list and the map stay aligned as projects enter or leave the 90-day window.

How does NAHY decide that a project is a new launch?

A project must have a launch date explicitly stated by its developer and that date must fall within the rolling 90-day window. A database creation date is never used as a substitute.

Are all projects on this page currently for sale?

Yes. The page includes only projects with active-sale evidence at verification. Projects that official sources identify as sold out are excluded.

Why do some launch cards not show a price or handover date?

NAHY displays those fields only when they are declared by the developer. If the official source does not publish a figure or handover date, the card leaves it blank.

Does the NahyMap launch filter use the same list?

Yes. The page and NahyMap both use the same 90-day launch-date rule, so a project cannot appear in one without qualifying for the other.
