Editorial standards

NAHY News covers the Dubai property market: prices, handovers, launches, regulation and the experience of buying, renting and living in the UAE.

What we publish is based on named sources. Prices and volumes come from Dubai Land Department open data. Handover dates and payment plans come from the developer or from NAHY's own transaction records. Where a figure has no source we can name, we do not publish it.

Every page carries the name of the person who reviewed it and the month of the last review. A reviewer's name means that person checked the numbers against the source before publication.

NAHY Real Estate is a licensed brokerage. We earn commission on property transactions. We say so here so readers can weigh our coverage with that in mind. We do not accept payment for coverage, and developers do not review our articles before publication.

We use software, including AI tools, to help draft, translate and format content. No article is published without review by a named person, and the reviewer is responsible for its accuracy.
