A broker’s visibility is part of the working platform. NAHY gives agents a public presence and practical publishing tools alongside their daily client work.
Your own public profile: Eligible agents receive a public NAHY profile so clients can understand their languages, specialties and contact channel.
An article signed by the broker: Broker-authored market content can carry the broker’s own WhatsApp contact, as demonstrated in Diana Schmitz’s off-plan article.
Your properties on the site: The brokerage platform supports the publication of an agent’s own available properties, linking market knowledge with a traceable public presence.
A company story clients can verify: The NAHY press page gives candidates and clients an additional place to follow company news and public recognition.
Visa — Freelance Model: Independent visa arrangement; Sponsored Visa Program: Sponsored visa pathway, subject to recruitment eligibility.
Entry cost — Freelance Model: Discussed transparently during recruitment; Sponsored Visa Program: Discussed transparently during recruitment.
Commission — Freelance Model: Progressive commission above market; Sponsored Visa Program: Progressive commission above market.
Included support — Freelance Model: Training, tools, marketing support and broker platform; Sponsored Visa Program: Training, tools, marketing support and broker platform.
The licensing path is governed by Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). NAHY does not publish fees or timelines that are not confirmed by an official source.
Begin the real-estate licensing application through the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, as stated by DLD.
Register the licence through DLD’s Trakheesi system.
Submit the required information and documents through the applicable service route.
After licence approval, apply for the Real Estate Activity Practice Card.
For certain categories such as brokers, DLD’s training portal notes that examinations are conducted separately.
Do I need a RERA licence to work as a real estate agent in Dubai? Broker practice is governed by the DLD/RERA licensing framework. DLD states that practice-card and registration requirements apply in the relevant licensing process; NAHY can explain how this fits your chosen entry model during recruitment.
Is the compensation only commission? The Freelance Model is commission-based. NAHY does not publish commission percentages on this page; candidates discuss the applicable structure transparently with recruitment.
Does NAHY sponsor a visa? NAHY offers a Sponsored Visa Program pathway. Its availability and eligibility are assessed during the recruitment process, rather than promised in advance to every candidate.
Do I need to speak Arabic or English? Arabic is not presented as a universal requirement. DLD’s training portal states that its training is conducted in English, and NAHY’s multicultural team serves clients across many languages.
How long until I close my first sale? There is no fixed timetable or income promise. First results depend on preparation, licensing, client fit, market conditions and the consistency of the agent’s work.
How do I apply to NAHY Real Estate? Send a message to NAHY on WhatsApp or email your CV and background to the recruitment channel. The team will explain the appropriate next conversation.
Share your background, the languages you work in and the career model you would like to explore. There is no inline application form on this page.
