Skyrise on the Business Bay side of the Dubai Water Canal

Binghatti Skyrise is in Business Bay, close to Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Water Canal. When Binghatti announced the project, it described the site as one of the last available plots in Business Bay (Arabian Business, 31 October 2024).

The developer lists quick access to Downtown Dubai, The Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, the Dubai International Financial Centre and Dubai Design District. The Dubai Water Canal, opened on 9 November 2016, is 3.2 km long and runs from Business Bay to the Arabian Gulf at Jumeirah Beach Park (Khaleej Times, 10 November 2016).

Three 48 floor towers with diamond-shaped crowns

Skyrise is three towers, not one. Each tower stands on 4 basement levels, a ground floor and 5 podium levels, with 48 residential floors above, 2 mechanical floors and a roof. Binghatti designed the tops of the towers as diamond-shaped crowns and wrapped the buildings in large glass facades for skyline views.

At launch Binghatti announced more than 15 amenities, including swimming pools, tennis courts, a fully equipped gym, a children's water park and yoga and relaxation areas (Arabian Business, 31 October 2024). The current project page shows an infinity pool and an outdoor sitting area.

Q4 2026 or November 2027: the Skyrise handover date

Binghatti publishes two dates. The Skyrise project page says Q4 2026. The developer's online booking system, for the units still on sale, lists 26 November 2027. Both were read on 8 November 2026.

The date that binds you is the one in your Sale and Purchase Agreement and in the Oqood registered with the Dubai Land Department. NAHY checks that date with Binghatti before you sign, and tells you which of the two applies to the unit you choose.

Over 90 per cent sold: three ways into Skyrise now

  1. The last units from Binghatti. The developer's booking system still lists one bedroom apartments in Skyrise (read 8 November 2026). NAHY asks Binghatti for the live list, floor by floor.
  2. Resale before handover. Early buyers sometimes sell their contract before completion. The transfer needs Binghatti's no objection certificate and registration with the DLD. NAHY checks how much the seller has paid and that the Oqood matches before you pay anything.
  3. Two and three bedrooms. With only 50 of them in the whole project, NAHY tracks these for buyers who need the space.

The price list, the payment plan and the floor plans change with each unit. NAHY sends them on WhatsApp.

Binghatti in 2026: deliveries and new registrations

In the first half of 2026 Binghatti delivered around 1,700 homes, launched eight projects and reported a net profit of Dh3 billion (Khaleej Times, 27 July 2026). On 31 August 2026 the developer said it had handed over three projects worth Dh1.8 billion since June (Khaleej Times).

The DLD project register for 2026 lists new Binghatti projects including Binghatti Spectre, Binghatti Starfall, Binghatti Wraith, Binghatti Skyflame, Binghatti Skyterraces, Binghatti Etherea, Binghatti Luxuria and the towers of Mercedes-Benz Places, Binghatti City.

NAHY Real Estate is a registered sales partner of Binghatti and has been recognised by the developer.
