Business Bay, on the bank of the Dubai Water Canal
Aquarise stands in Business Bay along the Dubai Water Canal, with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road. Binghatti lists Downtown Dubai, The Dubai Mall, the Dubai International Financial Centre and Dubai International Airport as the nearby destinations.
The canal itself is 3.2 km long and was opened on 9 November 2016. It starts in Business Bay and reaches the Arabian Gulf at Jumeirah Beach Park, and together with its waterfront extension it added 6.4 km to Dubai's waterfront (Khaleej Times, 10 November 2016).

The feature that sets Aquarise apart is its artificial beach of more than 27,000 sq ft, next to an infinity pool 44 m long and 12 m wide (Khaleej Times, 8 May 2025). Binghatti's project facts sheet lists the other amenities:

March 2027 or October 2027: reading the Aquarise dates
At the launch in May 2025 Binghatti said construction had begun and completion was scheduled for March 2027 (Khaleej Times, 8 May 2025). The project page still says Q1 2027. The developer's online booking system, for the units on sale on 8 November 2026, lists 29 October 2027.

Still listed by Binghatti: what NAHY checks for you
On 8 November 2026 Binghatti's booking system still listed one and two bedroom apartments in Aquarise. Studios, three and four bedrooms were not listed, so for those the way in is a resale contract from an early buyer.
Before you reserve, NAHY checks:
- Floor and view. Whether the unit faces the canal, the beach deck or the city.
- Furnishing. What the furniture package includes for that unit.
- Handover date. The date in your contract, not the one in an advert.
- Resale paperwork. For a resale, Binghatti's no objection certificate, the amount the seller has paid and the Oqood.
The price list, payment plan and floor plans go by WhatsApp.
Binghatti's Business Bay record
Aquarise is not Binghatti's only address in Business Bay: Bugatti Residences and Burj Binghatti Jacob and Co Residences are there too. On 31 August 2026 Binghatti named both, together with Mercedes-Benz Places, among its projects nearing completion (Khaleej Times).
For the first half of 2026 Binghatti reported revenue of Dh9.5 billion, a development backlog of Dh44.2 billion and around 1,700 homes delivered (Khaleej Times, 27 July 2026).
