Azizi presented Rose on 13 January 2026 as a building rising in Downtown Jebel Ali "at the crossroads of global trade, business, and opportunity", with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and a metro station steps away. The DLD registers the plot in Down Town Jabal Ali, the same registry area as Azizi Gabriel and Azizi Noura.

In its launch releases for Noura and Gabriel, Azizi lists Al Maktoum International Airport among the destinations close to its Downtown Jebel Ali buildings. On 28 April 2024 the Dubai Media Office announced the approval of a new passenger terminal at that airport, worth AED 128 billion and designed for 260 million passengers a year.

What Azizi has published about Rose, and what it has not

Rose has a lower public profile than its neighbours. Azizi issued launch press releases for Noura (October 2025) and Gabriel (November 2025), but NAHY found no launch release for Rose by 8 November 2026. What is confirmed by an official source:

• The developer, the location and the 226 units, from the DLD register
• The registration date, 22 July 2026, and the declared completion date, 4 July 2028
• Sheikh Zayed Road access and a nearby metro station, from Azizi's own post

The unit mix, the floor count and the amenity list have not been published by Azizi in a source NAHY can cite, so this page leaves them out. A NAHY broker gets them from Azizi and sends them to you with the floor plans.

Rose, Gabriel and Noura: three July registrations, one completion date

The three buildings share a registry area and a completion date. Rose is the one with the fewest sales in the register.

50 sales in the register: why Rose is worth asking about now

Against 226 units, 50 registered sales is about one in five. In Noura and Gabriel the same count was around seven in ten. The register lags behind the sales office, so this is not an availability list, but it suggests that Rose is where a wider choice of floors and layouts is more likely to remain.

Five checks before you reserve in Azizi Rose

1. Register entry. Confirm that the unit belongs to the Azizi Rose project in the DLD register, with 4 July 2028 as the declared completion date.
2. Escrow. Pay only into the escrow account of the project, never to a personal account.
3. Reservation form. Check that the unit number, size and price on the form match the floor plan you were sent.
4. Oqood. After the down payment, the sale is registered with the DLD and the Oqood is issued in your name.
5. Construction updates. Progress was at 0% at the last DLD inspection; NAHY follows the register until handover.

Eight Azizi registrations in 2026, from David to Abraham

Azizi registered eight projects with the DLD between February and August 2026, from Azizi David in Al Jaddaf to Azizi Abraham in Downtown Jebel Ali. For 2026 the developer set a sales target of AED 30 billion and planned 22 project deliveries of about 5,000 units, after AED 16 billion in unit sales in 2025 (Azizi press release, 14 January 2026). Its Group CEO is Farhad Azizi.
