Noura stands in Downtown Jebel Ali, registered by the DLD as Down Town Jabal Ali, beside the Jebel Ali Free Zone. Azizi describes JAFZA as a major port and logistics hub and says the community is surrounded by more than 100 Fortune Global 500 companies. That is the developer's statement, and it explains who Azizi has in mind: people who work in the free zone and want to live a short distance away.

Azizi places Noura within walking distance of a metro station, with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road. The developer names Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai Marina, JBR, Expo City Dubai, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Palm Jebel Ali and Al Maktoum International Airport as minutes away, without giving exact times.

A leisure pool and separate gyms: the Noura amenities

Azizi presents Noura as a premium freehold community of studios, one bedroom and two bedroom homes. The developer's amenity list:

• A leisure pool set in landscaped outdoor areas
• Fully equipped gyms, one for men and one for women
• A private cinema
• A multipurpose hall and a gaming lounge
• An indoor play area for children
• Retail outlets in the building
• Ample parking and 24/7 security

July 2026: the month Noura's sales reached the register

Azizi unveiled Noura in October 2025, and the DLD registered the project on 13 July 2026. An off-plan sale can be registered only once its project is in the register, so the contracts signed since launch show up from July 2026 onwards.

Between July and September, 135 of the registered sales were studios (median size 340 sq ft), 41 were one bedroom homes (median 650 sq ft) and one was a two bedroom.

Azizi's launch release did not give a completion date. NAHY therefore quotes the DLD date, which is the one the buyer's Oqood carries.

Buying into Noura after the launch rush

By 29 October 2026, 189 of Noura's 269 units had a sale registered with the DLD. There are two routes in:

1. The Azizi waiting list. On 29 October 2026 the register showed no sale yet for 80 of the 269 units. As a registered sales partner of Azizi, NAHY applies for Noura units on the Azizi waiting list for you and tells you as soon as one is released.
2. Resale of a launch contract. A buyer from October 2025 can sell the contract before completion. Before you pay, NAHY checks four things: how much the seller has paid into the Ajman Bank escrow, that the Oqood is in the seller's name, that Azizi will issue its no objection certificate, and that the transfer is registered with the DLD.

Azizi Developments, the developer of Noura

Azizi Developments is led by Group CEO Farhad Azizi. The developer reported AED 16 billion in unit sales for 2025 and, for 2026, a sales target of AED 30 billion and 22 project deliveries of about 5,000 units (Azizi press release, 14 January 2026).

Noura was the first of three Azizi projects the DLD registered in Downtown Jebel Ali in July 2026; Azizi Gabriel and Azizi Rose followed on 22 July with the same declared completion date.
