Getting around from Azizi Lina

Azizi places Lina in Downtown Jebel Ali with a direct link to Sheikh Zayed Road and immediate access to the Dubai Metro (press release, 22 September 2025). The destinations the developer lists as minutes away are Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Expo City Dubai, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Ibn Battuta Mall, Downtown Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airport.

Al Maktoum International Airport is being expanded. In April 2024 Dubai approved the designs of a new passenger terminal at Al Maktoum International, at a cost of AED 128 billion and with a planned capacity of 260 million passengers a year (Dubai Media Office, 28 April 2024).

Inside Azizi Lina: amenities for families

The apartments go from studios to three bedrooms, with interiors Azizi describes as finished to a high standard. The shared facilities in the launch release:

• Swimming pools
• Separate, fully equipped gyms for men and women
• An indoor play area for children
• A private cinema and a gaming lounge
• A multipurpose hall
• Retail spaces in the building
• Parking and 24/7 security

Lina's DLD record and the September 2028 date

Azizi's launch release did not give a completion date. NAHY works with the date declared to the DLD, because it is the date that goes into the buyer's Oqood. Your sale and purchase agreement should show the same date; NAHY checks that before you sign.

Lina or Wares: two Azizi buildings registered on the same day

On 2 April 2026 Azizi registered Lina together with Azizi Wares, in the same district, and Azizi Leily on Dubai Creek in Al Jaddaf. If you are choosing between Lina and Wares, this is how they compare on the record:

• Size: Lina has 242 units; Wares has 336.
• Handover declared to the DLD: Lina 30 September 2028; Wares 4 March 2028.
• Mix: both offer studios to three bedrooms and retail spaces; Azizi marketed Wares as a mixed-use project and lists a clubhouse there, which is not in Lina's amenity list.

By 29 October 2026 the DLD had registered 174 sales against Lina's 242 units, so 68 units had no registered sale yet. NAHY asks Azizi for the units still open on the day you write, and also looks for resale contracts from earlier buyers, which transfer with Azizi's no objection certificate and a DLD registration. Who builds Lina: Azizi's record and Jebel Ali pipeline

Azizi Developments reports more than 45,000 homes delivered to buyers of more than 100 nationalities and about 150,000 units under construction (press release on June 2026 sales, July 2026). It recorded AED 16 billion of sales in 2025 and targets 22 project deliveries in 2026 (press release, 14 January 2026). In Downtown Jebel Ali alone, the DLD register shows six Azizi buildings registered in 2026: Wares, Lina, Noura, Gabriel, Rose and Abraham.
