Al Jaddaf on the Creek: what is around Azizi Leily

Azizi Leily stands in Al Jaddaf on the bank of Dubai Creek, in the area the Dubai Land Department registers as Sama Al Jadaf. Azizi lists Creek Metro Station, Dubai International Airport, Wafi Mall and Dubai World Trade Centre as minutes away, with access to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road, and places Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai Festival City nearby (press release, 20 October 2025).

Azizi is not the only developer building here. In 2026 the DLD register shows four new projects registered in Sama Al Jadaf:

Creek-view apartments, penthouses and a rooftop garden

Leily has 272 units, from studios to two bedroom apartments, plus penthouses. Azizi promises panoramic views of the creek and the skyline. The facilities in the launch release:

• A rooftop garden
• Adults' and children's swimming pools
• A fully equipped gym, with sauna and steam rooms
• Indoor and outdoor play areas
• A cinema and a multipurpose hall
• Facilities for residents with disabilities

272 units and a September 2028 handover

Leily was registered on the same day as two Azizi buildings in Downtown Jebel Ali, Azizi Wares and Azizi Lina; it is the only one of the three on the creek. Azizi's launch release gave no completion date, so NAHY works with the DLD date, which is the date in the buyer's Oqood.

Penthouse or studio: what to settle before you reserve

In a creekside building the view changes with the floor and the side of the building, so two units of the same size are not the same buy. Before you reserve, NAHY gets you answers to three questions:

1. Which units face the creek? NAHY asks Azizi for the open units with their floor and orientation.
2. Are penthouses still open? NAHY asks Azizi for the penthouses it still holds and their layouts.
3. Developer stock or resale? By 29 October 2026 the DLD had registered only 46 sales against Leily's 272 units, against 146 of 256 in its neighbour Azizi David, which suggests a wider choice of floors and views is left in Leily. If the unit you want is gone, NAHY looks for a resale contract, transferred with Azizi's no objection certificate and a DLD registration.

Every payment goes to the project's escrow account. NAHY sends the Leily price list, payment plan and penthouse layouts on WhatsApp.

Leily and David: Azizi's two creekside registrations of 2026

Leily is Azizi's second Al Jaddaf building registered in 2026. The first, Azizi David, was launched on 18 August 2025 on the banks of Dubai Creek, a few minutes from Creek Metro Station, with studios, one and two bedroom apartments and penthouses (Azizi press release, August 2025). The DLD shows 256 units for David and the same declared handover as Leily, 30 September 2028.

Azizi Developments reports more than 45,000 homes delivered to buyers of more than 100 nationalities and about 150,000 units under construction (press release on June 2026 sales, July 2026).

Azizi Leily: questions buyers ask

Where is Azizi Leily located?

In Al Jaddaf, Dubai, on Dubai Creek. The Dubai Land Department registers the area as Sama Al Jadaf.
