Al Jaddaf or Sama Al Jadaf: how Azizi David is listed

Azizi markets David as an Al Jaddaf address on the banks of Dubai Creek. In the DLD project register the same project sits under the area name Sama Al Jadaf. Both names point to the same building: the first is the name buyers search for, the second is the one printed in the register and used for the project's transactions.

According to Azizi, the Creek Metro Station is a few minutes away, and residents reach Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road from the building. The developer names Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Festival City and Dubai International Airport as the nearby destinations. Azizi did not publish distances in minutes or kilometres, so NAHY does not quote any.

Inside Azizi David: creek views, penthouses and a retail promenade

Azizi describes David as a premium residential project with panoramic creekside views. The homes on offer, as announced at launch:

• Studios
• One bedroom apartments
• Two bedroom apartments
• Penthouses

The ground level carries retail spaces along a retail promenade. The amenities listed by Azizi are swimming pools, a cinema, a fully equipped gym, a kids' play area, a multipurpose room, ample parking and 24 hour security.

Azizi's launch release in August 2025 gave no completion date, so the register is the only dated source and the one NAHY quotes to buyers. Azizi David is still off-plan: construction had reached 2% at the last DLD inspection.

146 of 256 registered: what to ask before reserving in Azizi David

By 29 October 2026 the DLD had registered 146 sales against 256 units. A registered sale count is not a live availability list: a buyer can sign a reservation some time before the Oqood is issued. It does show that a share of the building had not yet been registered to a buyer.

Three questions decide the right unit here:

1. Which side faces the creek? Azizi sells David on its creek views, and the view changes with the floor and the side of the building. NAHY sends each available unit with its floor and orientation.
2. Is a penthouse still open? Azizi lists penthouses in the mix but has not published how many there are. NAHY asks Azizi directly which ones are open.
3. New unit or resale? If the unit you want has been sold, an early buyer may transfer the contract. NAHY checks the payments already made and the Oqood before you commit.

The price list, payment plan and floor plans of David change unit by unit, so NAHY sends them on WhatsApp.

Azizi Developments in 2026: David opened the year's registrations

Azizi David is the first Azizi project in the DLD's 2026 register, ahead of Azizi Wares, Azizi Lina and Azizi Leily (2 April), Azizi Noura (13 July), Azizi Gabriel and Azizi Rose (22 July) and Azizi Abraham (4 August). Azizi Leily is also registered in Sama Al Jadaf.

In January 2026 Azizi reported AED 16 billion in unit sales for 2025 and set a target of AED 30 billion for 2026, with 22 projects and about 5,000 units planned for handover during the year. Azizi Developments is led by Group CEO Farhad Azizi.
